Terms & Conditions – StayNiketan
Welcome to StayNiketan! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for all our guests, please review our policies carefully before booking.
1. Payment Policy
Advance Payment: 30% of the total tariff must be paid at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Balance Payment: The remaining 70% must be settled upon arrival at the homestay (cash or UPI preferred).
Cancellation Policy:
Strict No-Refund Policy: All payments are final. No refunds will be issued for any cancellations or no-shows, regardless of the reason.
Rescheduling Option: As a gesture of goodwill, we offer a one-time option to reschedule your stay within 6 months from the original date of booking, subject to availability.
The advance payment will be forfeited if the stay is not rescheduled and completed within this 6-month period.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In Time: 1:00 PM (Early check-in subject to availability).
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM (Late check-out may incur extra charges).
ID Proof Required: All guests must provide a valid government ID (Aadhar, Passport, or Driver’s License) at check-in.
3. Meal Plan & Pricing
Standard Package: ₹1,000 per person per day, inclusive of:
4 meals daily (Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Snacks, Dinner).
Tea & coffee (served 2-3 times daily).
Children Below 5 Years: Complimentary (no extra bed).
Children 5-12 Years: 50% charge.
4. BBQ & Bonfire (Additional Charges)
Chicken BBQ Rates (Extra, Not Included in Meal Plan):
1 KG: ₹1,000
2 KG: ₹1,600 (Save ₹400!)
3 KG: ₹2,400 (Save ₹600!)
Bonfire Setup: Includes free firewood for the BBQ night.
Advance Booking Required: Please inform us 24 hours prior for BBQ arrangements.
5. General Policies
Smoking: Strictly prohibited in rooms (allowed only in designated areas). Damages: Guests will be charged for any property damage. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (respect for other guests).
6. Liability & Safety
StayNiketan is not responsible for lost belongings or personal injuries during outdoor activities.
Guests are advised to follow safety guidelines during treks/bonfires.
